A Gallery of Gledhow

The images are on a loop, auto-changing every few seconds.

We can see trees everywhere – starting as soon as we step out of the house …

… then in a garden at the end of the ‘street’ …

… and then on corners, lining avenues, in small strips of woodland …
… and in Gledhow Valley Woods – one small part of the ‘Forest of Leeds’.

There is greenery everywhere you look – grass, hedges, shrubs and lichens …
… and flowers and plants …
… even growing on walls and peeking out below fences.
There are wide open spaces – the ‘Gledhow Sports and Social Club’.
And Gledhow Hall also makes its mark across the area …
… as well as old buildings and ginnels (alleyways) …
… and signs of other centuries.
